Κυρίως όταν η συμπεριφορά αυτή είναι μέρος μιας επιθυμητής κοινής κουλτούρας.  \nΔιεθνώς έχει αποδειχτεί και αποδεικνύεται συνεχώς ότι η πιο αποτελεσματική μέθοδος αλλαγής και καλλιέργειας νέας κουλτούρας δηλαδή τρόπου επικοινωνίας\, πεποιθήσεων και δράσεων είναι το coaching. \nΕπιπλέον\, αναγνωρίζεται διεθνώς και επαναλαμβάνεται πολύ συχνά στην χώρα μας τις τελευταίες εβδομάδες\, ότι δεν αρκούν τα συστήματα διοίκησης και εκπαίδευσης για να εξασφαλιστεί ασφαλές εργασιακό και ευρύτερα κοινωνικό περιβάλλον. Χρειάζεται οι άνθρωποι που δρουν\, εργάζονται και λαμβάνουν αποφάσεις να έχουν ανεπτυγμένη κουλτούρα ασφάλειας και ατομική αίσθηση της ευθύνης. \nΣκοπός των εργαστηρίων\nΣτα εργαστήρια αυτά παρουσιάζεται πώς η τέχνη του Coaching μπορεί να συμβάλει καθοριστικά και αποτελεσματικά στην αλλαγή συμπεριφοράς και στη δημιουργία νέας κοινής κουλτούρας με ένα πραγματικό παράδειγμα\, ένα success story ανάπτυξη κουλτούρας ασφάλειας στην εργασία. \nΓιατί Coaching\nΤο coaching είναι κυρίως τέχνη που συνάμα με τις συγκεκριμένες δεξιότητες coaching και το πλαίσιο που εξασφαλίζει τα υψηλά κριτήρια\, αξιοποιεί γνώσεις και μεθοδολογίες από επιστήμες όπως η θετική ψυχολογία\, η κοινωνιολογία\, το management και η νευροεπιστήμη. \nΑπό το 1995 το coaching υφίσταται σαν επάγγελμα και αξιοποιείται παγκοσμίως διευκολύνοντας τους ανθρώπους να αναπτύσσονται ανακαλύπτοντας το δυναμικό τους\, να εξελίσσονται προχωρώντας στις αλλαγές που χρειάζονται\, να πετυχαίνουν υψηλές επιδόσεις και να βιώνουν θετικά συναισθήματα στην καθημερινότητα τους. \nΟ λόγος της επιτυχίας του coaching είναι ότι βοηθά τους ανθρώπους να προοδεύσουν ενισχύοντας το αίσθημα της ατομικής ευθύνης στα αποτελέσματα τους και στην εύρεση λύσεων από τους ίδιους στα θέματα που τους αφορούν προσωπικά η επαγγελματικά \nΕπιπλέον λόγω της αποκάλυψης των προσωπικών κινήτρων πίσω από κάθε δράση μέσω του coaching ενισχύεται η δέσμευση στη δράση και συγκεκριμένα η υπερπήδηση των εμποδίων που πάντα υπάρχουν. \nΣτην αλλαγή συμπεριφοράς και στην καλλιέργεια νέας κουλτούρας η ατομική ευθύνη\, η δέσμευση και η καθημερινή πρακτική των συγκεκριμένων δεξιοτήτων είναι κρίσιμες. Στην δημιουργία κουλτούρας ασφάλειας ισχύει το ίδιο. Δέσμευση σε ενέργειες που την ενισχύουν προληπτικά αλλά και την ώρα του ατυχήματος. \nΤο coaching είναι η μοναδική μεθοδολογία που μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην ανάπτυξη αυτών των δυο στοιχείων\, όπως κάνει μέχρι τώρα με αποδεδειγμένα αποτελέσματα. \nΗ εκπαίδευση που γίνεται μέχρι σήμερα δείχνει αναποτελεσματική ακόμη και σε οργανισμούς που ενδιαφέρονται πολύ για τα θέματα ασφάλειας και επενδύουν πολύ σε
