Among other offerings\, it will provide free individual and group coaching sessions\, primarily during May and June. This initiative\, titled “EmpowerHer in Leadership: Supporting Women in Leadership\,” aims to help women assert themselves in leadership roles and effectively navigate these positions. \nWith the support of experienced volunteer coaches and leader coaches\, participants will have a unique opportunity to discover their leadership skills\, enhance their self-confidence\, and develop strategies to overcome challenges in both business and social environments. \nThrough a targeted coaching process\, participants can address their leadership challenges\, pursue professional development\, and find a balance between their personal and professional lives. Additionally\, they will gain access to valuable tools and guidance to strengthen their skills. \nTIMETABLE OF ACTIONS “EmpowerHer in Leadership” 2025\n\nPlanning – Preparation of the project: March 2025\nStart- Registration: April – May 2025\nImplementation of individual Coaching sessions: May – June 2025\nImplementation of group sessions: May – July 2025\nImplementation of specialized Workshop: September 2025\n\nMs. Barbara Asimakopoulou\,head of the initiative\, emphasizes that “EmpowerHer in Leadership” is a crucial program designed to bridge the gender gap in leadership roles and equip women with the necessary tools to excel in the professional world. With a strong commitment to its voluntary nature\, participating coaches generously offer their time and expertise\, actively contributing to the creation of a more equitable business and social environment. \nThe “YOUR TIME OF POWER” initiative began in 2020 to commemorate International Coaching Week (ICW)\, with each year focusing on a different social group\, including entrepreneurs\, professionals\, and youth. With enthusiasm\, we combine our shared visions and goals for progress\, happiness\, and personal and professional development. We follow our dreams\, overcome obstacles\, and create positive change\, regardless of place and origin. \nOur community comprises students\, graduates\, and teachers of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)- accredited program\, “Coaching Skills & Tools in Practice.” \nYOUR TIME OF POWER celebrates 6 years of successful action! It began in 2020\, during International Coaching Week\, when we supported sectors of Greek society and the economy that were struggling. That year\, we provided free Coaching sessions to entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals facing the challenges of the pandemic. In 2021\, we turned to educators on the Aegean islands and Crete. In 2022 and 2023\, we focused on Greeks Abroad\, marking the beginning of a wave of solidarity aimed at creating a bridge between Greeks everywhere.
