Empowering Youth: Speak Up\, Dream Big\n“Your Time of Power 2024”\nMay – June 2024\nCelebrating International Coaching Week (ICW) 13 – 19/5/2024\nAt the 1st MKO Humannera conference\, a recent survey of individuals aged 18-30 revealed that their primary concern is uncertainty around how their career and personal life will shape up and whether they can achieve their aspirations. \nThese individuals could be our friends\, colleagues\, partners\, relatives\, or children\, and it’s reasonable for us as professional coaches to take an interest in their well-being. \nAs coaches\, we can assist them in identifying their strengths\, aspirations\, and abilities\, clarifying their goals\, and encouraging them to pursue and take the first step toward achieving them. \n“YOUR TIME OF POWER” is a highly successful voluntary program that has been running for five years in a row\, celebrating International Coaching Week. \nThis Year\, it offers young men and women aged 18-30 worldwide an exceptional opportunity for growth and empowerment through its coaching program\, “Speak Up and Dream Big.” \nWe are a group of 15 volunteer professional coaches and coach leaders\, joining forces again to support young people in getting active\, finding their role in society\, and planning their next steps. The aim is to listen to their concerns and reflections through a targeted survey about the experiences and challenges in their searches and to empower those who will try the online Coaching experience. \nThen\, using the research results and the experience from the Coaching sessions\, a special Workshop will be organized exclusively for the young people. \nIn this workshop\, they will learn more about Coaching and its benefits\, challenges\, and dreams\, which they spoke about in a safe and encouraging environment offered by the volunteer coaches. \nYOUR TIME OF POWER 2024 – SCHEDULE OF ACTIONS\n• April 15\, 2024: We will promote the project\, send invitations to participate\, and invite young people to take the survey and attend the two individual coaching sessions.\n• May 1 – June 26\, 2024: May with “International Coaching Week” is transformed into a source of inspiration and success by holding coaching sessions! \n• June 18\, 2024: Workshop held for the participating young people! \nThe voluntary project “YOUR TIME OF POWER” is a unique initiative brought to you by the vibrant community of VIP Coaches and Leaders.
