Among other offerings\, it will provide free individual and group coaching sessions\, primarily during May and June. This initiative\, titled “EmpowerHer in Leadership: Supporting Women in Leadership\,” aims to help women assert themselves in leadership roles and effectively navigate these positions. \nWith the support of experienced volunteer coaches and leader coaches\, participants will have a unique opportunity to discover their leadership skills\, enhance their self-confidence\, and develop strategies to overcome challenges in both business and social environments. \nThrough a targeted coaching process\, participants can address their leadership challenges\, pursue professional development\, and find a balance between their personal and professional lives.
