Through this methodology, individuals learn about their values and those ancient Greek virtues to live a meaningful, fulfilling, and rewarding personal and professional life.
She is an associate of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens with two E-learning programs, “Coaching Leadership in the footsteps of Socrates” and “The Profession of Recruiter.”
Moreover, she designed and led the international coaching training program ICF accredits as I.C.F.TH “Coaching Skills & Tools in Practice.”
After 10+ years as a senior HR execH.R.ive in multinational companies such as TITAN Cement Group, she founded Human Resources Expertise (HRE) inH.R.E.00 to assist companies of all sizes in dealing efficiently with human development.
Barbara is an accomplished keynote speaker and a published author on coaching and leadership. Her most popular books are “The art of peace in the workplace” and “Inner Emancipation: Coaching, Leadership & Philosophy” & “The Coach’s Journal – Self Reflections.”
She leads actions and creates communities with social impacts, such as “Your Time of Power,” “The Rebounders,” the V.I.P CV.I.P.s (Visionary, Innovative & Powerful Coaches, the students & Alumni of her Coaching School), and the annual hybrid international conference COACH NOW.

Why I became a coach.
In order to help people transform their lives and gain peace and joy
My whole life was full of challenges.
As much as I have been happy, I have also had dark moments.
I have been very emotional, unsatisfied, and lost in the overwhelming chaos. I did not know which direction to go toward my desires and aspirations.
Since I discovered coaching and shortly after philosophy, I became more focused and found my true north, becoming balanced.
My life goal was to be serene and happy, which I have learned was a journey, not a destination.
A journey that leads to wisdom and happiness and one where I am on a mission to lead you to do the same. That’s why I became a Coach and why I believe in the power of coaching to transform lives.
