Continue Practicing. Keep Growing. Build Your ICF Coaching Hours with Integrity.
Are you a trained coach working toward your ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential?
The HRE Peer-to-Peer Coaching Practice Hub is a structured and ethical space for coaches who have completed training through an ICF-accredited and wish to continue practicing, gaining confidence, and building their coaching experience hours.
ICF’s own Reciprocal Peer Coaching Program describes the model as an opportunity to “coach a peer and receive coaching from another peer in return,” while gaining professional experience and paid coaching hours applicable toward an ICF credential. ICF also states that peer-to-peer coaching or coaching in exchange for goods or services can be considered barter and, therefore, may fall under paid coaching experience hours.
Through this peer-to-peer coaching community, you will have the opportunity to connect with other trained coaches, exchange reciprocal coaching sessions, share your booking link, and create a consistent rhythm of practice within a professional environment that respects the ICF Code of Ethics.
This initiative supports coaches who want to develop their coaching presence, strengthen their skills, and take responsibility for their own credentialing journey toward ACC, PCC, or MCC.
Participation is currently free.
Please note that this is not mentor coaching, coaching supervision, an ICF credentialing program, or a guarantee that your coaching hours will be accepted by ICF. It is a peer-to-peer coaching practice community designed to support your professional development and help you organize reciprocal coaching sessions with integrity and clarity.

ICF Requirements to Keep in Mind
According to ICF’s current credentialing information, the core coaching experience requirements are:
| Credential | Coaching Education | Coaching Experience | Paid/Barter Hours | Minimum Clients |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ACC | 60+ hours | 100+ hours | 75 paid/barter | 8+ clients |
| PCC | 125+ hours | 500+ hours | 450 paid/barter | 25+ clients |
| MCC | 200+ hours + PCC prerequisite | 2,500+ hours | 2,250 paid/barter | 35+ clients |
ICF also states that for ACC at least 25 hours must occur within 18 months of the application, and for PCC at least 50 hours must occur within 18 months of applying. For MCC, ICF lists 2,500 coaching experience hours, 2,250 paid hours, 35+ clients, and a PCC prerequisite.
ICF also clarifies that training, teaching, mentor coaching, and facilitating workshops do not count as client coaching hours; the session must be actual coaching with the client setting the agenda and real-time interaction.
